During the booking phase, it will be possible to use the payment method by bank transfer only when from the date of making the transfer, to the date of check-in, there are at least four “4” working days, excluding from this calculation the holidays and pre-holidays.
At any time of booking, the property reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card prior to arrival. Bookings guaranteed with invalid credit cards will be automatically canceled (it will be the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that his reservation is successful, the structure relieves itself of any responsibility if the previously chosen date is no longer available)
The structure applies the Priority Check-Out procedure; offering you the opportunity to leave the hotel without carrying out the ordinary Check-out and Check-room procedures. The “PRIORITY CHECK OUT” service authorizes the Relasieroswellness EROSSUITE Guest house to charge your credit card for all “Any” expenses incurred during your stay. By way of example but not limited to: (phone calls, minibar, drinks, tourist tax, extras, and any damage caused to the structure and / or room). In the absence of a valid credit card, a security deposit in cash of € 250 will be required for the suites – 150 Royal Baroqué, which will disable the Priority check-out procedure, while the normal check-out and check-room procedures remain in force. .
The prices are VAT included, they do not include the € 3.50 Tourist Tax. The Tourist Tax is per person per night up to a maximum of 10 nights and must be regulated in the structure.
The facility is VM 18 years; ergo reserved for adult guests. (exceptions will be screened by the management), subject to current certified parental authorization.
Pets of any type and size are not allowed. (exceptions for suites will be considered).
No charge can be attributed to the customer if the latter makes or requests the cancellation, within one hour (1 h.) Following the booking. When the cancellation is made within the cancellation time slot provided above, no charge will be charged.
In the event of a No-show or failure / late cancellation of the reservation within the terms and in the manner provided, the amount of one night’s stay will be withheld; for bookings over three “3” days. of overnight stay, 50% of the entire amount of the stay will be retained.
To be confirmed by the hotel, each reservation must be followed by a minimum advance of 50% of the stay, even if it is only for one night. The room balance must be settled upon arrival at the hotel for check-in.
For peak seasons or holidays or with special events, the management of the Erossuite Guest House does
reserves the right to request a non-refundable advance payment of up to 50% of the reservation (100% for stays of one night only) even in the case of bookings with a standard rate.
Reservations with cancellable or non-refundable rates, guaranteed with invalid credit cards will be automatically canceled.

Reception hours 10:00 a.m. – 08:30 p.m.
Hours for overnight stays:
Check-in: 17:30 / 20:30 – later and by 00:00 with a supplement of 15 Euro; after (night check-in) with a supplement of 25Euro.
Check-out before: 11:00 after with a supplement of 25Euro / h, 13:00 Max time for check-out (subject to authorization and availability).The Italian and / or continental breakfast will be available from 09:30 a.m. at 10:30 a.m. with a supplement per person.
In pursuing the principle of ecological respect and for your safety, we kindly invite you; at the end of your use of the Turkish bath and / or Finnish sauna, a Switch off these equipment.
If the need arises, a series of rules is drawn up to be followed during the stay in the guest house, it does not pretend and does not want to be exhaustive but only report some rules of civil coexistence within the residence, the historic building and its live in a condominium; ergo in the hours of silence and at night; it is forbidden:
Turn up the music volume of any of your portable Bluetooth speakers / speakers;
to turn on the hot tubs;
to Activate / Switch on Disco music, dolby surround;
walking with shoes or clogs that may be noisy;
to raise your voice both in the rooms and in the common areas of the residence.
it is forbidden, at any time, (always):
to use the pole mounted in the rooms in a professional way and in any case any type of acrobatics is forbidden;
to smoke in the common areas of the structure and of the historic building;
to send the couriers / riders up to the floor of the structure.
to use all hydro / sauna / turkish bath equipment after drinking alcoholic beverages.
We require a valid credit card which must be presented at check-in in the absence of a valid credit card, a cash deposit of 250 euros will be requested as a guarantee and / or coverage of any damage caused within the structure or room or / and to charge, if not otherwise paid, the tourist tax or any extras, the difference will be returned during the check-out phase, where everything is regular.
Rules for the use of the Finnish sauna and / or Turkish bath:
It is forbidden:
to use various creams, oils and ointments;
to use such equipment after drinking alcoholic beverages;
to bring soaps or other cleansing substances;
to wear metal materials (watches, bracelets, etc.);
to bring and take food and / or drinks of any kind;
to throw liquids other than water on the stones in the Finnish sauna stove;
to throw water directly from the bucket, but with a ladle and poured slowly;
to wear other clothing other than the bathrobe and / or towels provided by the management.
to leave clothing of any kind, including bathrobes and towels from the structure inside the sauna.
We warn customers that the strong deprivation of liquids and important elements such as mineral salts can produce imbalances and / or disturbances to the organism that can become dangerous for health, ergo upon arrival at the structure you will find more detailed information, to be signed under one’s own responsibility.
